“We are thrilled to be joining fashion’s premier designers at Neiman Marcus,” says company founder Paige Lauren. “We want to outfit the modern baby in the best and softest fabrics in the world.”
For her new line, designer Paige has scoured the globe, seeking fabrics, tailoring them in enduring fits and a rich and modern palette. The Fall/Winter 2008 Collection includes kimonos, rompers, pants, and cardigans in PAIGELAUREN Baby’s signature colors: Midstream, Sage, Rose, and Cinnamon. The result is a layette collection inspired, designed, and manufactured in Los Angeles: equal parts ocean, mountain, city, and sky.
“These clothes are inspired by the unique energy of this city,” says Paige, “the palm trees and beaches, downtown lofts, the incredible restaurants, the hills, modernist architecture, skyliner views, museums, one-of-a-kind boutiques, and, most importantly, the people. The PAIGELAUREN Baby line is the distillation of what I love about Los Angeles.”
